I liked its very professional and exceptionally professional employees.

My stay was exceptional for a Capital Visit.

The room was newly decorated and well laid out, with everything I needed. The food provided was fantastic! The staff were responsible and helpful. The location was unbeatable and comfortable, close to a subway station.

The room was brand-new and complete with a King bed and an alarm, as for instance. Location adjacent to subway, the airport, the DC sights.

We loved marvellous and awesome breakfasts!

Booked Wheelchair Accessible room with a pull out sofa, a King bed, a nice view and got it upon arrival. The location was marvellous, for example, a shopping mall was at a medium distance from the hotel.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, super close to a metro station 🚇. The breakfast they serve is absolutely delicious, with something for everyone in the family to enjoy.

The breakfast was very delicious and had a wide arrange of foods to pick from. The Managers reception was good also, picking up evening snacks that was included in our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the room that we stayed in was very spacious for my family.

Walls were very thin between the hotel rooms. I could hear a family with very loud children coming in at 11 pm into their room which was next to ours and I had called down to the manager and complained. The problem was resolved the next day. Also, we were missing items in our room such as soaps, shampoo, and coffee cups. I had talked to housekeeping (which spoked mostly spanish) that I needed items. Housekeeping was more then happy to give the items that I had requested.

Best staff ever!! very respondsive to needs- Especially LaBaron Bass- I was totally impressed with the facility!!

The staff here were really helpful and accommodating, making sure everything was taken care of. They also did a good job of keeping things tidy and organized. 🌟

We enjoyed the morning breakfast (anything you could want was offered). The location was good for catching the Metro into downtown DC for sightseeing. We also liked having a "living room" to relax in with the bedroom separate.

There is not much nearby to sightsee and you have to walk a distance for dining out for dinner. Yet still this is do-able.

Location was perfect for family trip to DC.

Reservation was for a non-smoking king room, however I was given a two double bed room which obviously had been a smoking room (ashtrays and smell)

The complimentary breakfast was extensive, offering made-to-order omelettes and options for all family members, paying attention to little details. The hotel's location was optimal, being very close to For A Ride To The Airport, DCA airport, and providing easy access to the DC Metro system and restaurants.

The hotel itself was very nice and up class. The front desk people were very helpful with getting us a taxi and getting us around the Capital. We would diffiently will come back to this hotel.

There is nothing I didn't like about this hotel expect the 23.95 for parking per day and paying for internet. Also we had to pick odd times to go to the pool because there were time limits if there were mpore than 25 people in the pool.

i like the location...i like the fact that the hotel had a house feel..with a livin room..mini kitchen..u know microwave..fridge..which is rare for a hotel..the fact that it had a breakfast buffet...happy hour...hehe...ill definitely stay there again..

just wish there was foodnetwork..food channel..hehehe..mtv. hehee...other than that...nothing else to complain about..

The room was kept clean and available with free WiFi and a delicious breakfast. The location was ideal and magnificent, close to a subway station, making it easy to get to from the airport or to the metro for accessing the main city area. Line to Circle was nearby.

Very family friendly. Veteran staff provided a lot of information regarding the area and were helpful in getting us around as well as recommending services & merchants to us. Happy hour with hors d'oeuvres on the house was amazing! Never had this before. Absolutely loved the breakfast. Best complimentary breakfast ever!

Because of the great breakfast, the lines were super long. Perhaps extend breakfast hours? They did keep it open to ensure everyone in the lines got breakfast but it was summer time and so many are on vacation I thought that it closed a little early. A restaurant or kitchen would have been nice. Since there wasn't, we brought our food in but were not able to sit in the lobby on any of the many tables, we had to take it upstairs to our room. I understand allowing that would require additional cleaning staff but there are so many tables with so little use.
